I arrived after having read some reviews with concern but was very satisfied with the location and quietness I experienced in my room 301. Maybe lucky as there is construction happening behind the residence but no work was taking place during my stay. Internet reception was good also.

I stayed many times in this hotel during my trips Royal Beach residence in Phuket and I can say same thing : super satisfied. Very nice and clean room . beautiful around and nice beach and bars. Excellent staff and service . I celebrated many new year eves here and everything was perfect. I will be back !

We enjoyed our stay at this Royal Beach Residence . The location is very good, beach front and close to all shops and restaurants. Spa on sea view is amazing. Service was great. Importantly, we did suffer from mosquitoes like previous places ☺️

Absultly amazing place!!We traveled throughout the globe, this is one of the only places that felt like home. … Just front of Patong beach walkable 1min the beach and near many things to do highly recommended

descent 3 stars hotel, only 2 mn walk to beach and 7mn to nightlife, nice staff, quiet street, room not new but good, all will be good unless you expect a 5 stars resort for 500thb

the staff and owner are so good and friendly. they help us in everything Like what transport should we use or which places should we visit. don’t forget to see babar bhai rahul bhai and the owner shahzad they are the best person

The location of the accommodation is absolutely ideal. Nightlife, shops, food nearby. Beautiful beach across the road. The staff was nice, helpful.

Perfect location, accessible to all you need, beach are few steps, there are walking distance Big C if you need to buy something, walking distance to the night bars, downstairs a lot of restaurants. Staff are accommodating. Excellent kitchen facilities, you can cook whenever you need.
